\n\t\t\tOrganizational Structure\t<\/h2>\n\tThe main shareholder of Impact Hub Madrid is Agartha Real Estate<\/u><\/a><\/strong> (ARE), an alternative investment and real estate asset management firm. ARE is also the main shareholder of Impact Hub Barcelona, Impact Hub M\u00e1laga, and Impact Hub Lisbon.\nImpact Hub Madrid has a lean organizational structure with minimal hierarchy, designed to keep working relationships as fluid and efficient as possible.\nThe functions of each area within Impact Hub Madrid are as follows:\n
\nStrategic Committee:<\/strong> Its primary role is to ensure the implementation of the overall strategy. The committee is composed of Antonio Gonz\u00e1lez (CEO of Impact Hub), Nathalie Alvaray (Director of Consulting), Nuria Calleja (Director of Operations), Noelia Gonz\u00e1lez (Head of Talent & Culture), and Silvia Garayoa (Head of Marketing & Communications), together with Alberto Alonso (Director of Impact Hub Madrid), Irene Tarradellas (Director of Impact Hub Barcelona), and Mar\u00eda Alonso (Director of Impact Hub M\u00e1laga).\n<\/blockquote>\n
\nImpact Consulting:<\/strong><\/u><\/a> This area drives innovation and impact through collaborative projects with public and private sector organizations, leveraging innovation, regenerative design, and ecosystem development.\n<\/blockquote>\n
\nSpaces:<\/strong> This area is responsible for managing coworking and event spaces, as well as the member community.\n<\/blockquote>\n
\nImpact Hub also has the following cross-functional areas: Talent & Culture, Operations – including Finance, Administration, Data, and IT – and Marketing & Communications (MarCom).\n<\/blockquote>\n
