Organizational Structure

The main shareholder of Impact Hub Madrid is Agartha Real Estate (ARE), an alternative investment and real estate asset management firm. ARE is also the main shareholder of Impact Hub Barcelona, Impact Hub Málaga, and Impact Hub Lisbon.

Impact Hub Madrid has a lean organizational structure with minimal hierarchy, designed to keep working relationships as fluid and efficient as possible.

The functions of each area within Impact Hub Madrid are as follows:

Strategic Committee: Its primary role is to ensure the implementation of the overall strategy. The committee is composed of Antonio González (CEO of Impact Hub), Nathalie Alvaray (Director of Consulting), Nuria Calleja (Director of Operations), Noelia González (Head of Talent & Culture), and Silvia Garayoa (Head of Marketing & Communications), together with Alberto Alonso (Director of Impact Hub Madrid), Irene Tarradellas (Director of Impact Hub Barcelona), and María Alonso (Director of Impact Hub Málaga).

Impact Consulting: This area drives innovation and impact through collaborative projects with public and private sector organizations, leveraging innovation, regenerative design, and ecosystem development.

Spaces: This area is responsible for managing coworking and event spaces, as well as the member community.

Impact Hub also has the following cross-functional areas: Talent & Culture, Operations — including Finance, Administration, Data, and IT — and Marketing & Communications (MarCom).
