Can I access and work in any space?

No, with Virtual Office you can only work in the recruitment/domiciliation area.

Can I use my meeting room hours after I have used up the 5 days of space?

Yes, but only for the use of the room, during the hours of your reservation.

Which meeting rooms are included in this rate?

Rooms with capacity for up to 6 people.

Which rooms are included in the membership?

Rooms with capacity for up to 6 people.

Is there a commitment of permanence?

Yes, there is a 3-month permanence.

Can I change the domiciliation to another space?

After the 3 months of permanence, yes.

Can I receive mail, and how do I know if something has arrived?

Yes, of course you can receive mail. We will notify you by email as soon as any letter or package arrives.

Can I propose an activity in the Community?

We will love it. We invite all our members to participate and propose activities in the community.

Can I book rooms from the app?

Yes, you can book rooms both from the app and from the intranet.

How can I connect with the community and participate in networking events?

Our community managers can help you find the best connections within the community, and can connect you with companies or individuals that may be of interest to you. You can also communicate with other members through the message board on the intranet. All the activities that you can sign up for and that take place in the spaces are also published there.
