For what purposes do we process your personal data?

IMPACT HUB processes the information provided by interested parties in order to manage our business relationships, send the information requested, provide interested parties with offers of products and services of interest to them and improve their user experience, to which we will create a "commercial profile" based on the information provided. No automated decisions will be made based on such a profile.

The collection and processing of said personal data is carried out fully subject to the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27,2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR hereinafter), to the Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5, 2018, on Data Protection and guarantees of digital rights and to the rest of the applicable legal system.

What data do we process?

Information provided by the user: data provided by the user through the contact forms or when subscribing, using or contracting any of the services made available by IMPACT HUB. The following may be required: name, surname, email, contact telephone number, address, billing information, etc.

Automatic information: when visiting the portal IMPACT HUB obtains and keeps the domain name of the provider (PSI) and/or IP address that gives them access to the network, the date and time of access to the portal or services, the Internet address from which the link leading to our portal originated, the number of daily visitors and the frequency with which they use the components of the services in any case. This allows us to provide information, research and advisory services. This data is only collected in aggregate form. Additionally, we may provide statistical information to our collaborators about how our clients, collectively, use the portal and the services. This information may be shared so that our partners also understand how frequently users use the components of the services and can provide optimized services.

Information from other sources to provide personalized services: IMPACT HUB may receive information from other sources and add it to the information it maintains about you..

How have we obtained your data?

The personal data we process at IMPACT HUB comes from you.

The categories of data that are processed are:

No specially protected data is processed.

How long will we keep your data?

IMPACT HUB will not store the personal data collected for a period longer than necessary to fulfill the purposes indicated above. In any case, in the cases in which the data has been collected for the execution of a contractual obligation, it will be stored for the time in which some type of responsibility derived from the legal relationship or from the execution of the contract or agreement in question may be demanded. The rest of the data will not be stored for more than three (3) years.

What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?

The legal basis for the processing of your data is the materialization of the commercial relationship and/or the execution of the contract/agreement of commercial relationship between you and IMPACT HUB, according to the terms and conditions stated at our privacy policy and legal notice..

Furthermore the prospective offer of products and services is based on the consent that is requested, without in any case the withdrawal of this consent conditioning the execution of the contracts signed between both parties.

What security measures do we take?

IMPACT HUB is firmly committed to the security of the data it processes and stores and has therefore adopted the necessary organizational and technical measures to prevent the alteration, loss and unauthorized access to personal data.

Specifically, IMPACT HUB has defined the attributions for data access, exclusively allows said access with identification and password, makes backup copies and keeps them safe, among other measures.

Is this portal intended for minors?

This portal, its information, contents, services and/or products offered through it are NOT intended for minors.

If IMPACT HUB is aware of or suspects the registration of a minor, it will proceed to immediately cancel said registration and prevent access or use of the products, services or contents corresponding to said person.

Which recipients will your data be transferred to?

IMPACT HUB may transfer the personal data it collects and processes to third party partners for which the user gives their unequivocal and express consent by accepting this privacy policy. This transfer will be made only to fulfill the purposes set out above.

Do we transfer data internationally?

IMPACT HUB does not carry out international data transfers.

IMPACT HUB may make links to third-party pages or portals available to users. Can you file a complaint with the AEPD

You have the right to file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you believe your right to the protection of personal data has been violated in any way.
