Rates, contracting and permanence

What types of coworking services are available for hire?

You can choose between private offices, day offices, fixed positions, flexible positions, day passes, 10-day passes, meeting rooms and virtual office, depending on your needs and your way of working.

How much does it cost to work in Impact Hub Madrid's coworking?

From €20 per day, €120/month in flexible positions and €290/month in permanent positions. Private offices vary according to size and location (VAT of 21% not included).

How can I sign up for a membership or coworking space?

You can buy daily or 10-day passes, flexible seats, virtual office or meeting rooms online. For fixed positions and private offices, fill out the web form and our team will help you find the best option.

Can I try coworking without obligation?

Yes. You can book a day pass or a 10-day pass and use it when you need it.

What is the minimum length of stay?

The minimum commitment depends on the plan you choose:
Private offices: 6-month minimum term
Dedicated workstations: 3-month minimum term
Virtual office: 3-month minimum term
Flexible workstations: 1-month minimum term
Day passes and bundles: No minimum commitment

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes, in private offices and fixed positions, a deposit equivalent to one monthly payment is requested, which is retained in the event of non-compliance with Impact Hub’s rules.

Access, opening hours and use of spaces

What does a coworking membership include?

It includes high-speed Wi-Fi, access to common spaces, professional community, events, basic services and discounts on meeting rooms.

Are there flexible schedules or 24/7 access?

Yes. Fixed workstations and private offices have 24/7 access. The daily passes and vouchers allow access during working hours, normally from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. depending on the space, and with reduced working hours during holiday periods. The flexible workstations allow access from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., depending on the rate chosen.

Can I work from different spaces of Impact Hub Madrid?

Yes. With your membership you can access other spaces in Madrid. In addition, with the Move tariff you can also access hubs in other cities such as Barcelona and Málaga.

Can you work in other Impact Hubs around the world?

Yes. With the Impact Hub Passport you can work up to three days free of charge in any space of the Impact Hub international network.

Are the spaces furnished?

Yes. All positions include a table and chair, ready to start working.

Is there a cost to use the kitchen, patio or common areas?

All rates include free access to the common areas.

Meeting, Visit, and Event Rooms

How are meeting rooms booked?

Rooms are easily booked via the Impact Hub Community Portal.

Can I book rooms in other spaces?

Yes. You can book rooms in other hubs within the hours included in your rate and access discounts on larger capacity spaces.

How many meeting room hours are included in my rate?

Offices, fixed positions and flexible positions include monthly meeting room hours. Day passes do not include rooms, although you can book them separately or use common areas.

Can I receive visitors?

Yes, except for those with day or 10-day passes. For all other memberships, you can register visits via the Community Portal and the team will receive your visitors upon arrival.

Can I host in-person, online, or hybrid events?

Yes. Additionally, if you are a member of Impact Hub Madrid, you are eligible for special offers and discounts on the reservation of event spaces.

Can I book a meeting room if I don't have a membership?

Yes. Our rooms are open to both members and non-members, and you can check availability and book easily via our website in any of our spaces.

Additional services and virtual office

Can I domicile my company at Impact Hub Madrid?

Yes. Social and tax domicile is included in all our memberships: virtual office, flexible workstations, fixed positions and private offices.

Can I receive correspondence?

Yes. We will notify you by email when a letter or package arrives for you.

When can I collect my mail or parcels?

The usual opening hours for parcel delivery and collection are business hours from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (except during holiday periods, which have reduced hours). If you have a membership with 24/7 access, you can coordinate with the space team to store or leave your correspondence at your desk or office and pick it up at your convenience.

Are photocopies included?

No. To reduce environmental impact, photocopies have an additional cost that is added to your bill.

What is the Wi-Fi speed?

Our high-speed, symmetrical 1 Gbps Wi-Fi connection is designed to support everything from everyday work to video calls, large file transfers, and seamless collaboration with remote teams.
