The 1,700 square meter building can accommodate 230 desks, 10 meeting rooms, and is perfectly equipped to host training, networking and community activities. How can I hire a coworking space at Impact Hub Picasso?

You have the alternative to register for any coworking plan at Impact Hub Picasso by completing the information form available here. We will contact you to complete the necessary steps. What are the coworking hours?

All our spaces are open from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Can my team access the space after hours?

Members with private offices and designated workstations have the ability to enter the space at any time, 24 hours a day, every day of the week. On the other hand, for all other members, access is available only during the facilities' normal operating hours.

How many hours in the meeting room are included?

It depends on the membership you have: from 5 hours per month to 12 hours per month of free rooms.

Can I receive visitors?

Yes, of course. You can register your visitors' data through the intranet and we will attend to them upon their arrival at the hub.

Is everything integrated in an Impact Hub Madrid App Store?

Yes, we have the Impact Hub App where you can book rooms and connect with the community.

How do I reserve the meeting rooms?

Rooms can be booked using the Impact Hub application or by accessing the location-specific intranet.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Those who opt for fixed positions and offices are required to pay a deposit equal to the value of one month's rent. If the minimum permanence is not met, Impact Hub Madrid will retain this deposit.

Can I organize face-to-face, online or hybrid events?

Are the booths already furnished?

Of course, all booths are equipped with a table, chair and lamp, and are ready for use.

Are prints included?

The flexible, fixed and office booths have 100 black and white copies and 20 color copies included in the rate.

Is there a cost to use the kitchen/patio/common areas?

No. All rates include free access to common areas.

Do I have to reserve the workstation in advance?

Access to space is feasible with flexible rates, allowing you to work in flexible booth areas or in common areas. If you have an office or fixed workstation, it will be reserved exclusively for your employment.

If I buy a 1-day voucher, do I have to use it on the same day I buy it?

No, you can activate it whenever you want to access the space.

Are there rooms available for filming?

Yes, with all the technical and human resources so that you only have to worry about shooting. More information here.

What is the wifi speed?

A wifi connection with a speed of 1 GB symmetrical is offered.

How can I do networking actions?

You can make contacts and establish links with other members through Hub Conecta, Impact Hub's exclusive intranet, or by joining the regular activities that take place in the facilities.
