For a period of one (1) month from the date of capture, except in the event of incidents, in which case the data may be retained for a longer period until the resolution of the incident or until the recordings are communicated to the State Security Forces and Corps or the competent authorities.

Your data will not be disclosed to third parties, except when required by law or with your prior consent. Notwithstanding the foregoing, your data may be communicated to the Spanish Tax Agency and to banks and financial institutions for the collection of the services provided or products purchased.
