All rooms include high-speed WiFi, furniture with tables and chairs, individual air conditioning and, in most cases, a screen with HDMI connection and a flipchart.

They are private enclosed spaces, but they are not professionally soundproofed. They work perfectly for regular meetings, video calls or working sessions.

You can adapt the layout to suit your meeting or work session, but the standard furniture setup cannot be changed. We only ask that you leave the room as you found it when you finish.

Drinks, coffee and light catering are allowed. External catering must be approved in advance and services that could dirty or damage the space are not permitted. The use of tableware or other services reserved for Impact Hub Madrid members is not allowed.

Yes. You can record meetings or hold online meetings in the room using your own equipment.

Yes, as long as they do not pose any risk to the space. Activities involving water, cosmetic products or specific materials must be approved in advance.

Small and medium meeting rooms can be booked online by the hour according to the rates indicated on each room page.

The minimum booking time is 1 hour and the maximum is a full day.

To make your reservation we need the date and time, number of attendees, desired space and billing details. The reservation will only be confirmed once payment has been received and the invoice and booking confirmation have been sent by email.

Bookings made online through our portal cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded.

Standard access hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00. Bookings outside these hours may be managed depending on availability and with an additional support cost. For bookings by people who are not members of the Impact Hub Madrid community after 18:00, reservations must be made by contacting the space directly and not online.

Yes. Guests must register at reception when they arrive at the space. The maximum capacity allowed for each room must always be respected.

We do not require a deposit for standard bookings. In exceptional cases involving special interventions in the space, it may be required after prior assessment. The user is responsible for the proper use of the space.

Yes. You can check real-time availability, select your room and complete the online reservation in just a few steps.

If the room is available, you can extend the booking time by reserving again online or by contacting the space team and we will help you manage it.

No. The space is used independently by the user. However, if you have any questions or issues, the space team will be able to help you resolve them.
