A comprehensive production: SPOUG

Background/challenge
SPOUG was looking for space and support in the organization of its annual events plan.
Proposed solution
As an comprehensive agency, we have managed all the necessary suppliers: space, audiovisuals, extra furniture, catering, professional services -support staff, photography, video-, branding and supports.
Impact achieved
Between 2021 and 2023 the Impact Hub event agency has organized for SPOUG:
- 2 annual hybrid conventions: 1 at Casa del Lector (Madrid) and another at the Encín Golf Hotel (Alcalá de Henares), with on-site broadcast of the event and 5 virtual tracks.
- 4 in-person events at Impact Hub Gobernador with online speakers
- 5 virtual events with several tracks (several sessions at the same time and speakers connected from all over the world with all the technical and pre-production challenges that this entails).
