Work one or ten days at an Impact Hub coworking space and combine your remote working days with a physical office where you can network and connect with other professionals from various sectors. Decide when you go to the office and choose your own schedule.
If you have a company, you can offer your employees the option of working some days in our spaces, combine them with your offices, or let them choose according to their needs, promoting work-life balance and establishing hybrid work formulas.

FAQ
How can I contract a pass?
You can contract a 1 or 10 day pass at Impact Hub directly from this website, or through the online store of each space. If you have any questions or would like more information, please call us at 911 924 854. You can also come to any of our coworking spaces and purchase at the host stand.
If the pass is for 10 days, do I have to use the pass during the same month?
No. The 10-day pass has an expiration date of 3 months.
If the pass is for 1 day, do I have to use the pass on the same day I buy it??
No, you can use it whenever you want to access the space.
Do I have to reserve the desk in advance?
No, you can access the space the day you prefer and work in the flexible workstation area or in any common area. You don't need to book in advance.
What are the coworking hours if I have a pass?
All our spaces are open from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, except in July, when hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and August, when hours are from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
How many hours of meeting rooms does this rate include?
The 1-day pass does not include meeting rooms. But you can use the common areas of the space, or purchase room hours by contacting our consultants here.
Can I have visitors?
This rate does not include reception of visitors, but if you need it, you can contact your host and they will find a solution for each case.
Can I propose any activities in the Community?
We would love it. We invite all our members to participate and propose activities in the community.
Are the desks already furnished?
Yes, all stations are equipped with a table, chair, and lamp and are ready for work.
Can I organize face-to-face, online, or hybrid events?
Of course you can. Contact us by filling out the form here, and we will contact you to make arrangements. You can also call 911 924 854 or write an email to madrid.eventos@impacthub.net, and our experts will contact you. Additionally, if you contract a coworking rate you will have discounts for being a member of IHM.
Is printing included?
In keeping with our sustainability program, we aim to reduce printing. If you still need to print, a cost per print will be charged to your invoice.
Is there an A3 printer?
No, we only offer A4 prints.
Is there a cost to use the kitchen/patio/common areas?
No. All rates include free access to common areas.
What is the Wi-fi speed?
The wi-fi speed is 1 GB symmetrical.
How can I network?
You can communicate and connect with other members through the message board on the intranet. All the activities you can sign up for and that take place in the spaces are also published there.
Do I have the support of Impact Hub's professional team?
Of course. A whole specialized team is at your disposal to meet any need.
Can I meet with other members in the meeting rooms of coworking spaces?
Of course. You can connect with other members and schedule meetings. If a member of your meeting has room hours available, you can use them. If not, or you want to organize the meeting yourself, you can purchase room passes (by contacting madrid.eventos@impacthub.net), or use the common areas.
